"I have just come back from the Le Bex café.
One of the bartenders looked at your photo and recognized the wall between the 2 windows and said it was the only café with such a wall in this neighbourhood. He didn't have any photos but proposed me to come back on Wednesday morning because there will be colleagues women who could have information. Then he advised me to go to the town hall of the 9eme arrondissement. Here's a photo I took:

"A  woman owner of a café Rue Joubert looked at the photo and said :' The inside of le café des sports was not at all your photo' s''

She even added that many cafes did not exist anymore. everything has changed. 
There's another restaurant which was in 1981 a big Cafe rue Mogador called Café Gallery which turns into Rue de Provence.
        Townhall : They have nothing.
I was proposed to go to la chambre de commerce et de l industrie. I went there 2 place de la Bourse : nothing ! But I 've met climbing the stairs 2 persons who said it was not the good place and  proposed le greffe du tribunal de commerce Quai de Corse.!
